The STS Method
Traditional bodywork often works around the body’s resistance.
The Skeleton Tapping System (STS) was created to work through it.
Using custom-designed stainless steel instruments and vibrational resonance, STS communicates directly with the skeletal and nervous systems to release deep structural restrictions without force.

The Neurological Foundation
The Science of Neural Bypass
One of the biggest obstacles in structural healing is chronic neurological guarding, the body’s unconscious protective tension patterns.
STS works by bypassing these defensive responses through precise vibrational input.
Through this process, practitioners learn how to:
